Before you send your files

Send your print-ready PDF at the intended finished size. Bleed, colour setup and any cut lines depend on the product. We’ll confirm the file requirements for your job.

Prepare your artwork for print

Standard colour printing: CMYK PDF, correct finished size and embedded fonts. Follow the product-specific notes for bleed, textile artwork and engraving.

Folded flyers

Supply outside and inside at the unfolded size, each as one PDF page. State the folded size, fold type and reading direction. Allow 2 mm bleed on all outside edges unless a different template is agreed.
Keep text at least 3 mm from cut and fold lines. A roll-fold tuck-in panel may need to be narrower: do not assume equal panel widths. Agree fold positions before export.

Good to know

What are the open and folded sizes?

The open size is the fully spread sheet. The folded size is the size after folding. For example, an A4 sheet folded in half becomes A5; the fold selected in the configurator determines the result.

Are all panels equal on a roll fold?

Not necessarily. An inner panel may be narrower so the leaflet closes neatly. Agree panel widths and fold positions before preparing the artwork.

How should I choose paper and prepare files?

Choose paper type and weight to suit the fold. Prepare artwork at the open size with the agreed page order and keep important content clear of fold lines.

Can I collect my order?
