Before you send your files

Send your print-ready PDF at the intended finished size. Bleed, colour setup and any cut lines depend on the product. We’ll confirm the file requirements for your job.

Prepare your artwork for print

Standard colour printing: CMYK PDF, correct finished size and embedded fonts. Follow the product-specific notes for bleed, textile artwork and engraving.

Business cards & flyers

For our usual small print, prepare 2 mm bleed on every side unless a different template is agreed. Extend backgrounds to the outer bleed edge. Keep important content at least 3 mm inside the cut edge.
Example: 85 × 54 mm finished size → 89 × 58 mm including 2 mm bleed per side. Supply front and back as separate PDF pages in the same orientation, not side by side.

Good to know

DL or a custom size?

DL is available alongside DIN formats. Custom sizes range from 50 × 50 mm to 440 × 310 mm, allowing for portrait or landscape orientation.

How do I choose paper?

Select the paper type first, then an available weight. The surface affects how the artwork looks; weight helps distinguish a light handout from a firmer sheet.

Flyer or folded leaflet?

A flyer is one unfolded sheet. Choose a folded leaflet to organise content across panels in a compact folded format.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, after confirming the pickup time: XPrint, Hansaallee 190, Halle 5, 40547 Düsseldorf. The entrance is opposite Schwalmstraße 7.
