Before you send your files

Send your print-ready PDF at the intended finished size. Bleed, colour setup and any cut lines depend on the product. We’ll confirm the file requirements for your job.

Prepare your artwork for print

Standard colour printing: CMYK PDF, correct finished size and embedded fonts. Follow the product-specific notes for bleed, textile artwork and engraving.

Stickers: background & material

File transparency does not automatically mean clear material. Unprinted areas on white paper/film stay white. Clear film reveals the surface beneath it. Choose the material and intended background explicitly.

Small labels: bleed

For small labels, aim for about 300 ppi, extend backgrounds 2 mm beyond the cutting contour and keep important content at least 3 mm inside it, unless a different template is agreed.

Good to know

Paper, PET or vinyl?

Paper labels are a starting point for dry packaging and identification. PET is a film option in this product group. Vinyl and larger graphics have separate products; match the selected film to the surface and conditions.

Does a custom shape require a different paper?

No. A custom outline is an additional finishing step. Choose paper or PET, then the available contour-cut option.

Will the sticker adhere to any surface?

There is no universal guarantee. Tell us the surface, indoor or outdoor use, moisture and cleaning exposure. For challenging surfaces, discuss an adhesion test with us.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, after confirming the pickup time: XPrint, Hansaallee 190, Halle 5, 40547 Düsseldorf. The entrance is opposite Schwalmstraße 7.
