Before you send your files

Send your print-ready PDF at the intended finished size. Bleed, colour setup and any cut lines depend on the product. We’ll confirm the file requirements for your job.

Prepare your artwork for print

Standard colour printing: CMYK PDF, correct finished size and embedded fonts. Follow the product-specific notes for bleed, textile artwork and engraving.

Garments & DTF artwork

Supply each print position as its own file with the intended print width/height in mm, e.g. left chest and back separately. Do not use a photo of a shirt as production artwork; do not mirror the file yourself.
Use a vector PDF or a high-resolution transparent PNG, about 300 ppi at actual print size. PNG stays RGB; we agree the print conversion. Retain intended white artwork and remove unwanted backgrounds. White underbase and very fine lines require separate review.

Good to know

Is express printing available?

It depends on the product, quantity, material and available production time. Share your exact deadline and we will confirm feasibility before production.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, after confirming the pickup time: XPrint, Hansaallee 190, Halle 5, 40547 Düsseldorf. The entrance is opposite Schwalmstraße 7.

What happens after I enquire?

We agree the specification, review the file requirements, and confirm price and timing. Production starts after order confirmation and approval.
