Before you send your files

Send your print-ready PDF at the intended finished size. Bleed, colour setup and any cut lines depend on the product. We’ll confirm the file requirements for your job.

Prepare your artwork for print

Standard colour printing: CMYK PDF, correct finished size and embedded fonts. Follow the product-specific notes for bleed, textile artwork and engraving.

Laser engraving

Prefer vector PDF for logos and text; outline fonts. Separate engraving and cutting, and specify size and position. Supply high-resolution photos for photo engraving. CMYK colours do not become printed colours in engraving; the result depends on the material.

Is express printing available?

It depends on the product, quantity, material and available production time. Share your exact deadline and we will confirm feasibility before production.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, after confirming the pickup time: XPrint, Hansaallee 190, Halle 5, 40547 Düsseldorf. The entrance is opposite Schwalmstraße 7.

What happens after I enquire?

We agree the specification, review the file requirements, and confirm price and timing. Production starts after order confirmation and approval.
