Before you send your files

Send your print-ready PDF at the intended finished size. Bleed, colour setup and any cut lines depend on the product. We’ll confirm the file requirements for your job.

Optional mounting accessories for your sign

Stainless steel wall spacers

Each set contains four spacers, four screws and four wall plugs. The spacers hold the board approximately 15 mm away from the wall.

Requires four 13 mm corner holes; suitable for 1–15 mm board thickness. On-site installation excluded.

Not automatically included in the board price. Select under “Mounting accessories” in the configurator; availability depends on the chosen specification.

Prepare your artwork for print

Standard colour printing: CMYK PDF, correct finished size and embedded fonts. Follow the product-specific notes for bleed, textile artwork and engraving.

Posters & large format

Prepare at 1:1 to the configured dimensions where possible. If using 1:10, explicitly state the scale and use ten times the image resolution in the file to maintain the required resolution at finished size.
Bleed, safe areas and any panel joins depend on the material and finishing. Confirm them before final export; do not automatically apply the 2 mm small-print rule.

Boards, signs & handheld signs

Label the finished size and front/back clearly. Show holes, fastening areas and any handles in a separate reference view. For contour cutting, provide a closed vector path; confirm minimum bridges and small cutouts for the material.

Good to know

Which board suits my project?

KAPA is a lightweight choice for dry indoor spaces. Forex is a PVC foam board. Aluminium composite has a different layered construction, while acrylic offers a glass-like appearance. Consider use, thickness and mounting together.

Is express available for every board?

No. Express is limited to in-stock KAPA in 3 / 5 / 10 mm and Forex in 3 mm up to 100 × 70 cm. Other materials, thicknesses and larger formats have no express option. We confirm timing individually.

What should I tell you about mounting?

Tell us the location, surface and desired fixing method. Agree holes and their positions before production; thickness and dimensions affect the specification.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, after confirming the pickup time: XPrint, Hansaallee 190, Halle 5, 40547 Düsseldorf. The entrance is opposite Schwalmstraße 7.
